Cleaning Instructions
We suggest hand washing the Travel Carrier with a mild soap and water, followed by air drying it flat. The interior mat is machine-washable, and should be laundered on tumble dry.

Returns
If you have any issues with your order and want to return or exchange an item, just email us at ip@maogoublue.com within 30 days of your delivery, and we’ll quickly respond with a prepaid shipping label and details on processing a refund. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Personalization
Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Adding personalization can take up to an additional 2 business days to process.
