Expected Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time is calculated from the time you place your order to the time it is delivered to you. The total delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time: Processing time refers to the time it takes for the seller to prepare the shipment. Processing times vary depending on the product category and quantity. Typically, processing time is approximately 0 to 1 business days.

Shipping Time: Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.

 We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States (excluding APO address).

NOTE:

  1. The above shipping times refer to the estimated business days required for shipment after the order is dispatched.
  2. Business days do not include Saturdays/Sundays and any public holidays.
  3. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and do not guarantee delivery times.

Remote area included: Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands.

Note for taxes:

For united states, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). If any, the fees will be borne by us.

Return fee:

It is at our discretion to accept or deny a return or exchange for items outside of these parameters. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our support team at vip@maogoublue.com. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $8 restocking fee.

3.Shipping Incidents

In the event that you do not receive your item(s) for an extended period, you are entitled to a full refund after we conduct a postal investigation.

The following circumstances do not qualify for a full refund:

  1. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer;
  2. Delivery delays caused by any force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, wars, etc.;
  3. Any uninsured orders that are lost or stolen;
  4. Any other delivery delays beyond our control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

However, in the event of shipping incidents, we also offer free and prepaid re-shipping services. But all of this depends on the specific situation.

How to Check My Order Shipment Status?

1. Via Email:
After successfully completing your payment and placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing details of all the products you purchased. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information for your package. Please be sure to check your email inbox, as sometimes emails may be directed to your spam or junk folder.

Please note that due to short processing times, some orders may not immediately display shipment information. Don't worry, this does not mean your package has not been shipped. Kindly wait for a while, and you will receive updates on your package based on the tracking information.
