Return & Refund Policy

Maogoublue is pleased to accept returns for items purchased online within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from defects.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we can easily arrange for a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate the return or exchange process.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
  3. Clearance items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  4. Free gifts are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

How to Return

1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team, providing your order information and a brief explanation of the reason for return. Please specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange. When requesting an exchange, kindly provide the style, size, and color of the new item you wish to receive.

2. Review and Response: We will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible.

3. Prepare Your Package: If your return request is approved, be sure to include a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for return on a separate piece of paper. Place the paper inside the package along with the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring proper packaging.

4. Ship Your Item(s): Ship the item(s) back to us via your local postal service. If you require expedited processing of your return package, please contact our customer service and provide the tracking number for the return package.

5. Processing Your Return: We will process your return within 5 business days upon receiving your package.

Note:

  • Please contact us if you wish to return an item. Returns not discussed and authorized in advance will not be accepted.
  • Do not ship returns to the address on the package or the office address on the website. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. After submission of your request, we will provide you with a return address via email.
  • Please carefully inspect your return before sending it. We are not responsible for returns of non-MAOGOUBLUE products.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping fees incurred for product returns.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition.

REFUND

If you initiate a return, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. In the event of a return, MAOGOUBLUE does not refund shipping fees.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 5 business days (subject to peak periods) for the processing of your return. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned to you at your own expense. Upon acceptance of your return, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. Customers who paid with PayPal balance may receive their refund on the same day it is issued. If the refund is returned to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to process the refund into your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at service@maogoublue.com.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

After returning the original product to us, you may contact us to purchase a replacement item separately. This ensures that you receive the desired item and accrue any points for discounts used.

Once we receive the item you returned, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method, such as the credit card used for the order.

Non-Receipt of Items

If your package is still missing or lost, you must contact us to file a claim within 10 days after the estimated delivery date of your order. Please be sure to check with neighbors, roommates, family members, or anyone else who may have been at home when the package was delivered.

For packages reported as delivered by the carrier, MAOGOUBLUE does not assume nor accept any responsibility. We do not issue refunds or points for carrier-confirmed delivered packages.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order, please submit a help ticket through the "Contact Us" section. For orders cancelled before shipment but after 24 hours of purchase, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged to cover warehouse processing costs. Once an order has been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests.
